How do I receive my products?

Your products are supplied as digital downloads via a download link which you will be emailed as soon as you have made a payment. Please note: we do not send out physical copies of the products by post.

What format are the packs supplied in?

The packs are supplied as downloadable PDF files. However, if you would prefer a Word version instead, please email us at jennifer@kidstogo.co.uk and we will send you one. There is no extra charge for this service.

I have not received my product. Where is it?

All of our products are supplied as digital downloads. (We do not send any product out by post.) When you place an order you will receive two emails. The first is to thank you for your order and the second is a link to download your product. If you cannot see these emails please check your email junk box first. If you still cannot find your email, contact me at jennifer@kidstogo.co.uk and I will help. 

I have found the download link and used it but it is sending me back to the page to buy another copy. What is going on?

The download links are set to only allow one download so if you have accidentally clicked on it already the file will be downloaded onto your computer somewhere. Please check your downloads file as your product is possibly hiding in there. However please do not worry if you cannot find your product. Just email me at jennifer@kidstogo.co.uk and I will send you a replacement copy.

How do I claim my free updates?

All Kids To Go products come with a free update guarantee. If your product is ever updated and you are on the Childminding Best Practice Mailing list you are entitled to free updated copies of any products you have purchased. Updated products are announced in the newsletters so please keep an eye on them. To claim your free update simply email me at jennifer@kidstogo.co.uk and I will email you a copy.

Please note: I do not send out free updates automatically as there is no way of knowing who actually wants them. You must request them by emailing me. If you are unsure if your product is the latest version simply email me and I will help.

I have joined the Childminding Best Practice Club/Forest Childcare Association, how do I get my logos to use?

We are unable to include the logos in your download as they are a different file format. However, if you email us at jennifer@kidstogo.co.uk we will happily send them to you.

How do I access my Childminding Best Practice Club membership discount?

To get your 25% membership discount you need to create a 'trade' account in order to access the special members only pages. To do this 

1) Click on the 'My Account' link at the top left hand. side of the home page and scroll down to 'Trade Account Registration.' 

2) Fill in the details on the short form provided. You will need to add a company name, but just use your own name and surname for this.

3) Account approval is not automatic so it may take a few days for me to approve your account, especially over holidays/weekends or at busy times. Please be patient with me! If you have an urgent order, contact me at jennifer@kidstogo.co.uk or at: 07741300266 and I will do my best to approve your account as soon as possible. (N.B Only Childminding Best Practice Club Members will be approved for trade accounts.)

4) When your account is approved you can use your password to log on.
